Parish Council

Moulton Parish Council is an elected body which reflects local views and functions as the basic tier of Local Government.

The Council considers matters connected with local issues and works in close liasion with Forest Heath District Council.

The Press and Public are welcome to attend meetings. Should a parishioner wish to raise any matter, an open session will be permitted prior to the start of the meeting.

Councillors are elected every 4 years.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT

On 3rd November 2008 councillors resolved that Moulton Parish Council would adopt the new Model Publication Scheme for Local Councils (Core Classes only). A copy of that scheme is available at a cost of 10p per sheet, plus postage from the Clerk.
